Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Balamir Şener started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Asım İhlas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vahit Koytan having to make a save. Nusrettin Talay might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vahit Koytan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nusrettin Talay ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenerbahce's goalkeeper Vahit Koytan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vahit Koytan came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by ÜZÜMSPOR FK's Asım İhlas. But to his dismay, Asım İhlas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 7 played minutes Fenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by Kenan Kamver. A collision led to ÜZÜMSPOR FK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ecevit Sebati hit a great ball. Fenerbahce's Merih Akgöl shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vedat Alpman but with some difficulty. Vedat Alpman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özalp Tozun, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 23rd minute, Hazar Nezih ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vedat Alpman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When Özalp Tozun fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahce's protests and gave Özalp Tozun a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Fenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by Özalp Tozun. 3-2 became the score in the 33rd minute when Özalp Tozun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Fenerbahce getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Özalp Tozun hit a great ball. Mümtazer Erdemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Vedat Alpman made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nusrettin Talay to make the kick off. Akif Göktürk struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Vahit Koytan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÜZÜMSPOR FK. The supporters of Fenerbahce booed when ÜZÜMSPOR FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ecevit Sebati didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes, Fenerbahce's Mümtazer Erdemir shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vedat Alpman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fenerbahce reached it. The supporters of Fenerbahce booed when ÜZÜMSPOR FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remzi Onur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vedat Alpman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hazar Nezih in the 59th minute of play. After some careless play in the ÜZÜMSPOR FK defense, Özalp Tozun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vedat Alpman. The ÜZÜMSPOR FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vedat Alpman should have stopped the shot. ÜZÜMSPOR FK's Vedat Alpman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balamir Şener in the 73rd minute of play. After some careless play in the ÜZÜMSPOR FK defense, Özalp Tozun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vedat Alpman. The ÜZÜMSPOR FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vedat Alpman should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hazar Nezih in the 79th minute of play forced ÜZÜMSPOR FK's goalkeeper Vedat Alpman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Akif Göktürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, ÜZÜMSPOR FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hazar Nezih came free, but Vedat Alpman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vedat Alpman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balamir Şener in the 85th minute of play. Hazar Nezih scored 6-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vedat Alpman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, ÜZÜMSPOR FK's Remzi Onur got a free kick in the 96th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Fenerbahce's Merih Akgöl tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fenerbahce fully deserved thier win.
