Gökalp Afacan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Morrison having to interfere. Abdulkadir Safi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Atacan Tolunbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vito Morrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytek Menderes in the 26th minute of the match. Gökalp Afacan ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the game, Kabahor A.Ş's Gökalp Afacan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vito Morrison made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 47 minutes, Mustafa Barış Toycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustafa Barış Toycan to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, FC MERT 04's Abdulkadir Safi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hüsnü Taş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 56th minute of the match, Aytek Menderes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vito Morrison saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Aytek Menderes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Kabahor A.Ş got a freekick which was hit by İzzettin Isfahanlı. Hüsnü Taş came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC MERT 04's Abdulkadir Safi. But to his dismay, Abdulkadir Safi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Mevlüt Uma's late challenge caught a Kabahor A.Ş's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hüsnü Taş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Barış Toycan in the 85th minute of the match. After 89 minutes of play, FC MERT 04's Abdulkadir Safi made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hüsnü Taş was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, Gökalp Afacan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kabahor A.Ş fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2.
