Karapinar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakup Kadri Sıratullah in the 10th minute of play forced Esentepe's goalkeeper Karhan Demir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Arif Buğra Özerdim put in a rough tackle. 13 minutes into the game, one of Karapinar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of Esentepe booed when Karapinar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Recep Tayyip Arıtan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cabbar Bostancı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cabbar Bostancı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Müfit İlksel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cabbar Bostancı got free with Müfit İlksel in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd play minute Cabbar Bostancı came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Müfit İlksel. 0-2. Cabbar Bostancı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Müfit İlksel having to interfere. In the 75thth minute of the game Anıl Ozan Şahbender who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karapinar's Müfit İlksel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cabbar Bostancı got free with Müfit İlksel in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 80 played minutes Esentepe got a freekick which was hit by Aygün Koyas. Songurhan Satılmış's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karhan Demir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karapinar's goalkeeper Müfit İlksel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Esentepe players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
