Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yakut Yaruk made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Cerkes's Kazım Onaran got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10thth minute of the game Ersin Yıldızhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerkes's Batur Seralp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Güner Deniz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kirecburnu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cerkes the free kick. In the 12th minute, one of Kirecburnu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kirecburnu. The goalkeeper, Ahmet Harun Umut, was totally fooled by Cerkes's İlkan Yetik, who 14 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Sarper Bicanoğlu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ahmet Harun Umut to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Kirecburnu's zone, Kazım Onaran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Harun Umut came out of the goal and Kazım Onaran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Batur Seralp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andaç Mümin's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Çetin Yamaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batur Seralp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ersin Yıldızhan went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andaç Mümin in the 41st minute of play forced Cerkes's goalkeeper Batur Seralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Andaç Mümin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerkes's Batur Seralp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Batur Seralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ersin Yıldızhan in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Ersin Yıldızhan made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ersin Yıldızhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batur Seralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kutlu Mahçupyan hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Güner Deniz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Cerkes's Batur Seralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ersin Yıldızhan in the 66th minute of play. Ahmet Harun Umut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sarper Bicanoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Andaç Mümin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kazım Onaran's late challenge caught a Kirecburnu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kazım Onaran helped the player get up and apologised. Kazım Onaran kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. İlkan Yetik hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Ersin Yıldızhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Cerkes's goal looked a bit too open when Ersin Yıldızhan came free, but Batur Seralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Cerkes support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
