Spectators: 6100 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bayram Özok got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sariveliler's goalkeeper Başar Koytan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sariveliler's Başar Koytan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ersin Yıldızhan in the 7th minute of play. When Işık Afşar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sariveliler's protests and gave Işık Afşar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kirecburnu booed when Sariveliler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Işık Afşar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ersin Yıldızhan in the 35th minute of play forced Sariveliler's goalkeeper Başar Koytan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kirecburnu's Ersin Yıldızhan in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 52 played minutes Sariveliler got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Nafiz Çetintürk. Sariveliler's Başar Koytan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andaç Mümin in the 57th minute of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sariveliler's goalkeeper Başar Koytan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Başar Koytan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ersin Yıldızhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 71st minute Ersin Yıldızhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Başar Koytan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sariveliler's zone, Ersin Yıldızhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Başar Koytan came out of the goal and Ersin Yıldızhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seçkin Pehlivan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Başar Koytan having to make a save. Andaç Mümin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başar Koytan having to interfere. Kutlu Mahçupyan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Seçkin Pehlivan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Başar Koytan was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Kirecburnu were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
