Resul Zorbey hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the game, Black Canary's Tugay Hamurcuoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Başar Koytan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Muhammet Sayman charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muhammet Sayman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Black Canary getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Muhammet Sayman hit a great ball. Gürol Kutluay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başar Koytan having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sariveliler's İdris Serir got a free kick in the 24th minute. The corner led Black Canary's Hasan Ali Yersel to fire away a dangerous shot which Başar Koytan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emran Birsel kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Tugay Hamurcuoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Başar Koytan. Sariveliler's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tugay Hamurcuoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 43rd minute of the match Doğuhan Taşgan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Başar Koytan skillfully saved the ball. Başar Koytan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürol Kutluay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Nafiz Çetintürk kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Gürol Kutluay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başar Koytan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gürol Kutluay to strike the kick off in the second half. Tugay Hamurcuoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the game, Sariveliler's Bayram Özok nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorukhan Uludağ made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Gürol Kutluay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Başar Koytan made a huge save. Ahmet Seyfi Baliç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Başar Koytan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Başar Koytan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürol Kutluay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tugay Hamurcuoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gani Altıparmak hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Black Canary's Başar Koytan threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gürol Kutluay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gürol Kutluay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes Sariveliler got a freekick which was hit by Resul Zorbey. Başar Koytan made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tugay Hamurcuoğlu sent off a good shot on target. Black Canary played a much better game than Sariveliler and deserved their victory. The Sariveliler players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
