Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abdurrahman İçkin started the match with the kick off. When Yaglidere's Abdurrahman İçkin in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Varto's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Yaglidere's zone, Eyüp Özker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolga Ilgınlı came out of the goal and Eyüp Özker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yaglidere's goalkeeper Tolga Ilgınlı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tolga Ilgınlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feyyaz Daman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Yaglidere's Furkan Eslem got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Neşat Sarıalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neşat Sarıalp struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Coşkun Sunguralp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaglidere. In the 40th minute Abdurrahman İçkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Coşkun Sunguralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Baran Alp Baykal fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yaglidere's protests and gave Baran Alp Baykal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Yaglidere getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Baran Alp Baykal hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eyüp Özker during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Varto getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Eyüp Özker hit a great ball. In the 45th match minute, Varto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayri Uyar to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, Yaglidere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Boran Türkyılmaz to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eyüp Özker to make the kick off. Varto's Coşkun Sunguralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdurrahman İçkin in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Yaglidere getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Abdurrahman İçkin hit a great ball. Feyyaz Daman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Tolga Ilgınlı skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 60th minute, Abdurrahman İçkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bahadır Deniz hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Eyüp Özker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Neşat Sarıalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Varto getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fethi Gelenbe hit a great ball. Coşkun Sunguralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neşat Sarıalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Varto's Eyüp Özker in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yaglidere's goalie prevented a goal. When Ali Berkant Kutlay fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varto's protests and gave Ali Berkant Kutlay a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Varto got a freekick which was hit by Ali Berkant Kutlay. Tolga Ilgınlı came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Varto's Feyyaz Daman. But to his dismay, Feyyaz Daman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 86 minutes of play, Varto's Feyyaz Daman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolga Ilgınlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdurrahman İçkin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Coşkun Sunguralp saved Varto from getting behind. The Varto players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
