But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tümer Isfahanlı couldn't finish the play. Arif Buğra Toprak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bayhan Uskan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayfun Ahid, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Seyrani Gencal's late challenge caught a Osmancik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seyrani Gencal helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bozkurt getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Seyrani Gencal hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seyfullah Tatu in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bayhan Uskan saved Bozkurt from getting behind. Tayfun Ahid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bayhan Uskan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayfun Ahid in the 43rd minute of play. Seyfullah Tatu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bayhan Uskan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tümer Isfahanlı made a kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bozkurt's goalkeeper Bayhan Uskan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yasin Samim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tümer Isfahanlı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Osmancik booed when Bozkurt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyrani Gencal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bayhan Uskan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfullah Tatu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Tayfun Ahid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Bayhan Uskan made a huge save. If Kemal Bahçıvan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Bozkurt got a freekick which was hit by Selçuk Rıfat. 75 minutes into the game, Selçuk Rıfat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bozkurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osmancik the free kick. In the 74th minute, one of Bozkurt:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bozkurt. 88 minutes into the match, Bozkurt's goalkeeper Bayhan Uskan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tayfun Ahid. Seyfullah Tatu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
