Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rumelihisari's Bekir Ilımlı started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilgehan Özbek in the 4th minute of play forced Rumelihisari's goalkeeper Rüknettin Pekgöz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Halkali's Ahmet Bedri Özel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bekir Ilımlı in the 8th minute of play. Bekir Ilımlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Bedri Özel having to interfere. If Bilgehan Özbek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dorukhan Özden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Rüknettin Pekgöz made a huge save. Ahmet Koralp Yadigar's late challenge caught a Halkali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Koralp Yadigar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Halkali's Bilgehan Özbek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Rüknettin Pekgöz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Vahap Ülgenalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rüknettin Pekgöz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. With a little luck, Rumelihisari's Rüknettin Pekgöz got control of the ball when Vahap Ülgenalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Rumelihisari's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bilgehan Özbek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Vahap Ülgenalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rüknettin Pekgöz having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Mete Vefik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Rumelihisari's goal looked a bit too open when Bilgehan Özbek came free, but Rüknettin Pekgöz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alptuğ Bucuklu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Bedri Özel having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bilgehan Özbek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rüknettin Pekgöz was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bilgehan Özbek to make the kick off. If Alptuğ Bucuklu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Talha Kutcan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Cem Taştan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rumelihisari's Rüknettin Pekgöz didn't even have to move. Rüknettin Pekgöz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilgehan Özbek in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ant Oğuzbay during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rumelihisari's Ant Oğuzbay got a free kick in the 69th minute. Rumelihisari's Rüknettin Pekgöz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cem Taştan in the 70th minute of play. Vahap Ülgenalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rüknettin Pekgöz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bilgehan Özbek in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rüknettin Pekgöz saved Rumelihisari from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Rumelihisari's Mete Vefik got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 92 minutes, Aytaç Uçanay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halkali and the Rumelihisari players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Halkali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aytaç Uçanay to maneuver through the defense. The Halkali fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Halkali's Vahap Ülgenalp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rumelihisari's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
