The audience thought a goal was coming when Uğuralp Özbal got free with Cláudio Guerra in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Uğuralp Özbal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eski JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. Cláudio Guerra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uğuralp Özbal's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. Eski JK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
