KIRŞEHİR SK's Şentürk Harmanda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nebi İzmirli in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nebi İzmirli in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şentürk Harmanda saved KIRŞEHİR SK from getting behind. With an all-out effort, KIRŞEHİR SK's Tayfun Ülkü threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Ali Özbilge, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. KIRŞEHİR SK's Şentürk Harmanda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nebi İzmirli in the 24th minute of play. Zeynel Tuğra's late challenge caught a KIRŞEHİR SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeynel Tuğra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Zeynel Tuğra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Ahmet Ali Özbilge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Alican Malgır managed to get in a good position for a shot. MersinGSYurdu's supporters rose to their feet, but Alican Malgır was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şentürk Harmanda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the MersinGSYurdu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KIRŞEHİR SK.
