After 28 minutes of play, Kumru's Batur Çidam made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reha Tanbay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samim Canol came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pangalti's Yalçın Suheyl. But to his dismay, Yalçın Suheyl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saruhan Acunalp during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pangalti booed when Kumru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saruhan Acunalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Balaban Erboğa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kumru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balaban Erboğa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Balaban Erboğa came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Kumru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balaban Erboğa couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Batur Çidam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kumru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balaban Erboğa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 played minutes Pangalti got a freekick which was hit by Davut Baran. Samim Canol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davut Baran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davut Baran kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Balaban Erboğa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With 82 minutes on the clock, Bahtiyar Rusuhi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 82 minutes into the game, one of Kumru:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pangalti had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
