The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Nafiz Ziverbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fetih Olcay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demirözü's Fetih Olcay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilge Satvet in the 14th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Behram Seyyid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Demirözü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKÇADAM SK the free kick. A collision led to Demirözü getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Behram Seyyid hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Bilge Satvet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fetih Olcay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mehmet Bilge Ozaner hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Bilge Satvet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Bilge Satvet took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Fetih Olcay to make any attempt to save it. Refik Hayırlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şanver Sirri in the 35th minute of the match. Şanver Sirri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Refik Hayırlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Murathan Semavi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fetih Olcay made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Murathan Semavi sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bilge Satvet to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Seyit Tecimen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKÇADAM SK and the Demirözü players grew even worse after the yellow card. 52 minutes into the game, one of AKÇADAM SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 54th minute of the game, Demirözü got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Fetih Olcay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Emir İğdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulmelik Tamkut in the 61st minute of play forced Demirözü's goalkeeper Fetih Olcay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fetih Olcay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murathan Semavi in the 63rd minute of play. Murathan Semavi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fetih Olcay having to make a save. Fetih Olcay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murathan Semavi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Nafiz Ziverbey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Demirözü's goal looked a bit too open when Nafiz Ziverbey came free, but Fetih Olcay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AKÇADAM SK had played much better football throughout.
