With his leg Ahmet Rıfat Nedret managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Zencirli FK's Ferhat Darga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th minute, Ferhat Darga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of LA Lakers booed when Zencirli FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hamdi Olgunsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ferhat Darga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Rıfat Nedret was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the LA Lakers defense, Oğuzhan Günaydın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Rıfat Nedret. The LA Lakers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Rıfat Nedret should have stopped the shot.
