Merinos JK's Abay Temizkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kutlu Özbala in the 52nd minute of play. ReD DeeRs's Eyüp Mücip proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save ReD DeeRs from getting a goal against them. Doğa Çalkın came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eyüp Mücip could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Merinos JK's Necip Fazıl Levent got a free kick in the 64th minute. Eyüp Mücip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferhat Yazargil, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Merinos JK's Doğa Çalkın got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ReD DeeRs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Merinos JK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
