Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mahsun Yazar started the match with the kick off. Tuna Dikici made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ataol Öztan sent off a good shot on target. Ataol Öztan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Fikret Erdemer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Battal Hüryaşar having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, İsa Akdamar took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tuna Dikici to make any attempt to save it. Ataol Öztan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Tuna Dikici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If İsa Akdamar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When İsa Akdamar came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Kartal Yuvası fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İsa Akdamar couldn't finish the play. If Ataol Öztan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Kartal Yuvası's İsa Akdamar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tuna Dikici. Tuna Dikici yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 25 minutes, Devlet Birsel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celtik JK and the Kartal Yuvası players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ataol Öztans short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Tuna Dikici to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. İsa Akdamar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tuna Dikici read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. İsa Akdamar might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tuna Dikici. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. İsa Akdamar ran back to his position shaking his head. After 42 played minutes Kartal Yuvası got a freekick which was hit by İsa Akdamar. The supporters of Celtik JK booed when Kartal Yuvası was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüsmen Türkyılmaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Mahsun Yazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Battal Hüryaşar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İsa Akdamar to make the kick off. Tuna Dikici was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When İsa Akdamar came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Kartal Yuvası fans jumped to their feet. Battal Hüryaşar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahsun Yazar in the 77th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İsa Akdamar in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tuna Dikici saved Celtik JK from getting behind. In the 82nd minute, one of Kartal Yuvası:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kartal Yuvası. İsa Akdamar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Tuna Dikici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İsa Akdamar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuna Dikici having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Celtik JK's Hamdi Aytuğ got a free kick in the 93rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kartal Yuvası fully deserved thier win.
