Spectators: 5300 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İsa Akdamar started the match with the kick off. Altan Akyüz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsa Akdamar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Battal Hüryaşar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabit Tayfun in the 6th minute of play. KONYASENJERMEN's Altan Akyüz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsmen Türkyılmaz in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ataol Öztan in the 8th minute of play forced KONYASENJERMEN's goalkeeper Altan Akyüz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, KONYASENJERMEN's goal looked a bit too open when Ataol Öztan came free, but Altan Akyüz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kartal Yuvası's zone, Baykam Erginer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Battal Hüryaşar came out of the goal and Baykam Erginer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 minutes, Kemalettin Kaveloğlu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kartal Yuvası's Battal Hüryaşar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Battal Hüryaşar was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Volkan Raif capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Volkan Raif really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necip Acar in the 23rd minute of play forced Kartal Yuvası's goalkeeper Battal Hüryaşar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altan Akyüz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ataol Öztan in the 27th minute of play. Sabit Tayfun struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Battal Hüryaşar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KONYASENJERMEN. A collision led to KONYASENJERMEN getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Volkan Raif hit a great ball. Altan Akyüz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dilmen Baştugay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabit Tayfun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sabit Tayfun to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Necip Acar managed to get in a good position for a shot. KONYASENJERMEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Necip Acar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Battal Hüryaşar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Battal Hüryaşar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volkan Raif in the 53rd minute of the match. Baykam Erginer hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Hüsmen Türkyılmaz took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Altan Akyüz. Altan Akyüz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 59 minutes into the game, Ataol Öztan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Altan Akyüz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Kartal Yuvası's zone, Sabit Tayfun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Battal Hüryaşar came out of the goal and Sabit Tayfun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İsa Akdamar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altan Akyüz was a little too slow when Dilmen Baştugay got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 2-3. When KONYASENJERMEN's Sabit Tayfun in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kartal Yuvası's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Kartal Yuvası's Hüsmen Türkyılmaz got a free kick in the 81st minute. Kemalettin Kaveloğlu's late challenge caught a Kartal Yuvası's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kemalettin Kaveloğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Kemalettin Kaveloğlu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Battal Hüryaşar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabit Tayfun in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kartal Yuvası's Hüsmen Türkyılmaz got a free kick in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Kartal Yuvası's Dilmen Baştugay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Altan Akyüz. That made the score 2-4 after 87 minutes of play. Altan Akyüz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsa Akdamar, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. İsa Akdamar struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Altan Akyüz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kartal Yuvası. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kartal Yuvası eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
