But to his dismay, Ataol Öztan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Düzce's Selami Uluç proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Düzce from getting a goal against them. İsa Akdamar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Selami Uluç came out and tried to block the shot, but İsa Akdamar slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 22nd minute. In the 32nd match minute, Düzce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serbülent Oksar to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Ataol Öztan sped through Düzce's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Selami Uluç. Selami Uluç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ataol Öztan in the 40th minute. Kartal Yuvası had played much better football throughout.
