Fuat Oksar might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aktuğ Sudi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fuat Oksar ran back to his position shaking his head. Selami Uluç came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by YENi Bir Başlangıç's Kayacan Akbuğ. But to his dismay, Kayacan Akbuğ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Çağrı Gazzal during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Ahmet Çağrı Gazzal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ergün Filiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Selami Uluç having to interfere. Ergün Filiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Selami Uluç read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Düzce getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Serbülent Oksar hit a great ball. YENi Bir Başlangıç's Ergün Filiz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Selami Uluç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hasan Hüseyin Cesur in the 39th minute. After 42 minutes of play Düzce's Ahmet Çağrı Gazzal was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 43rd match minute, Düzce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Çağrı Gazzal to maneuver through the defense. After 47 minutes, Ergün Filiz made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Düzce's Selami Uluç tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ergün Filiz to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ergün Filiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ergün Filiz in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Selami Uluç saved Düzce from getting behind. Hasan Hüseyin Cesur hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When YENi Bir Başlangıç's Ergün Filiz in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Düzce's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Ergün Filiz put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Selami Uluç. In the 83rd match minute, YENi Bir Başlangıç was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Hüseyin Cesur to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ergün Filiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Selami Uluç was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Ergün Filiz struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Selami Uluç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YENi Bir Başlangıç.
