In the 10th minute Temel Doğanlar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Fatih Özveren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Arda Baybars Zeren fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored İnsan Kaynakları's protests and gave Arda Baybars Zeren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC. Black Eagle booed when İnsan Kaynakları was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Baybars Zeren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özkan Demirdelen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mehmet Fatih Özveren. İnsan Kaynakları's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atabek Sezgi during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC. Black Eagle getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Atabek Sezgi hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, İnsan Kaynakları's Gürsel Boysel threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gürol Cevizci, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 24th minute, Baransel Özsahin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 36th minute of the match Tanju Erşahan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehmet Fatih Özveren skillfully saved the ball. FC. Black Eagle's Temel Doğanlar got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mehmet Fatih Özveren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özkan Demirdelen in the 39th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Doruk Yankı sped through İnsan Kaynakları's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mehmet Fatih Özveren. In the 46thth minute of the game Doruk Yankı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but İnsan Kaynakları's Mehmet Fatih Özveren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, İnsan Kaynakları's Arda Baybars Zeren got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doruk Yankı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinçer Tandan got free with Mehmet Fatih Özveren in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet İlhan Suavi in the 55th minute of play forced İnsan Kaynakları's goalkeeper Mehmet Fatih Özveren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İnsan Kaynakları's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Temel Doğanlar 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. The crowd rose to their feet as FC. Black Eagle's Temel Doğanlar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Fatih Özveren. That made the score 2-4 after 59 minutes of play. Temel Doğanlar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Doruk Yankı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the game, FC. Black Eagle's Doruk Yankı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Fatih Özveren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Haşim Akova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mehmet Fatih Özveren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doruk Yankı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet İlhan Suavi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Fatih Özveren having to interfere. Mehmet Fatih Özveren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Temel Doğanlar, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, İnsan Kaynakları's Arda Baybars Zeren got a free kick in the 87th minute.
