In the 18th minute, Selman FK's Sinan Başay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mustafa Emrah Akçasu. Mustafa Emrah Akçasu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Cumali Özmut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sinan Başay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mustafa Emrah Akçasu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şeray İmam in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Emrah Akçasu saved EsEnGuCu from getting behind. Şeray İmam struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Mustafa Emrah Akçasu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selman FK. Mustafa Emrah Akçasu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şeray İmam, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Sinan Başay fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mustafa Emrah Akçasu, passed just outside the right post. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Selman FK's Sinan Başay in the 41st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Mustafa Emrah Akçasu was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for EsEnGuCu through an amazing save. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Cumali Özmut managed to get in a good position for a shot. EsEnGuCu's supporters rose to their feet, but Cumali Özmut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serhan Okatan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Şeray İmam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

EsEnGuCu's Mustafa Emrah Akçasu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sinan Başay in the 52nd minute of play. Sinan Başay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Emrah Akçasu having to interfere. Selman FK's Şeray İmam got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Cumali Özmut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Serhan Okatan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şeray İmam in the 64th minute of play forced EsEnGuCu's goalkeeper Mustafa Emrah Akçasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Emrah Akçasu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sinan Başay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Şeray İmam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mustafa Emrah Akçasu was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After 81 played minutes EsEnGuCu got a freekick which was hit by Yılmaz Hacıfettahoğlu. Sinan Başay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Emrah Akçasu having to make a save. If Sinan Başay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to EsEnGuCu getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Veli Sayhan hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Şeray İmam notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of EsEnGuCu's Mustafa Emrah Akçasu. Mustafa Emrah Akçasu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 92 minutes into the match, Selman FK's goal looked a bit too open when Celal Vural came free, but Serhan Okatan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Sinan Başay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Selman FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sinan Başay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şeray İmam in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Emrah Akçasu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Selman FK fully deserved thier win.
