Kuddusî Uygur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teoman Özguc having to interfere. When Rüstem Savtur fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beşiktaş's protests and gave Rüstem Savtur a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 played minutes Beşiktaş got a freekick which was hit by Rüstem Savtur. In the 16th minute of the match, Numan Akçay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Macit Uruk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 18 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Numan Akçay came free, but Macit Uruk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Galip Yetener during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, KadıtarlasıWarriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Galip Yetener to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Hayrullah Oran sped through KadıtarlasıWarriors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teoman Özguc. Teoman Özguc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayrullah Oran in the 43rd minute of the match. If Hayrullah Oran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Beşiktaş were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute Hacı Kayhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Macit Uruk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beşiktaş's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
