Spectators: 7075 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Göksel Sabir kicked off to start the match. After 8 played minutes Göksel Sabir rounded Battalgazi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göksel Sabir in the 12th minute of play forced Battalgazi's goalkeeper Arif Kabak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Kabak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metehan Erakıncı in the 15th minute. In the 17th match minute, Battalgazi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alkın Tuna to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Ahmet Bülent Demirkan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mansur Barkın was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mansur Barkın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Bülent Demirkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göksel Sabir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arif Kabak having to make a save. Göksel Sabir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Kabak having to interfere. Arif Kabak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göksel Sabir in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Işık Necat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Metehan Erakıncı in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Kabak saved Battalgazi from getting behind. Ahmet Bülent Demirkan struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Mansur Barkın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Battalgazi. If Metehan Erakıncı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göksel Sabir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ahmet Bülent Demirkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mansur Barkın having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Ardahan JK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
