Ümit Hacıbeyoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alkan Cebel in the 44th minute of play. Ahmet Ceyhan Durdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ümit Hacıbeyoğlu having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İzzettin Akadlı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Yayladere's Ümit Hacıbeyoğlu threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Ceyhan Durdu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ceyhan Durdu in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ümit Hacıbeyoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Alkan Cebel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yayladere fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakut Seci in the 95th minute of play forced Yayladere's goalkeeper Asım Tüzmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seyfullah Ulaç kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
