In the 10th minute Ergincan Pektay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlkan Bayazid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İlkan Bayazid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arın Ferhat Kutluay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emirhan Engintalay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yıldırım Beycan in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, tongumongu's goal looked a bit too open when Ergincan Pektay came free, but İlkan Bayazid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arın Ferhat Kutluay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İlkan Bayazid having to make a save. İlkan Bayazid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arın Ferhat Kutluay's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emrullah Ahi in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emirhan Engintalay saved Egirdir from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Arın Ferhat Kutluay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. İlkan Bayazid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the tongumongu defense, Arın Ferhat Kutluay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İlkan Bayazid. The tongumongu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İlkan Bayazid should have stopped the shot. If Ergincan Pektay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ergincan Pektay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Egirdir's Ergincan Pektay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İlkan Bayazid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Emir Uçbeyi made a kick off. After 53 played minutes tongumongu got a freekick which was hit by Emrullah Ahi. İlkan Bayazid made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ergincan Pektay sent off a good shot on target. Serkan Çalapover kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergincan Pektay in the 62nd minute of play forced tongumongu's goalkeeper İlkan Bayazid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ergincan Pektay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İlkan Bayazid having to make a save. 68 minutes into the match, Ergincan Pektay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İlkan Bayazid. tongumongu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ergincan Pektay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Egirdir's Fedai Rıfkı shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by İlkan Bayazid but with some difficulty. Ergincan Pektay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ergincan Pektay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. tongumongu's İlkan Bayazid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save tongumongu from getting a goal against them. Ergincan Pektays short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got İlkan Bayazid to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. İlkan Bayazid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arın Ferhat Kutluay, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Arın Ferhat Kutluay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute.
