Asım Arif Dikici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afşar Malgır in the 19th minute of play. Asım Arif Dikici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgun Ülken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Olgun Ülken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asım Arif Dikici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Develi JK's Türker Ünsal got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Kılıç Öktuna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Türker Ünsal scored 3-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Asım Arif Dikici, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Şener Temizer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Günalp Tayguner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The supporters of Develi JK booed when GALATASARAY A.Ş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zekai Yildıran didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the GALATASARAY A.Ş defense, Türker Ünsal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Asım Arif Dikici. The GALATASARAY A.Ş fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Asım Arif Dikici should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Türker Ünsal notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of GALATASARAY A.Ş's Asım Arif Dikici. Asım Arif Dikici made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. In the 94th minute, Olgun Ülken made a precise shot to the right of Asım Arif Dikici. GALATASARAY A.Ş's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Develi JK had played much better football throughout.
