Davut Özyurt might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davut Özyurt ran back to his position shaking his head. 9 minutes into the match, Oğuzer Erşahan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Catalca's Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute Davut Özyurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Cüneyd Polatkılıç notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hizan's Demir Seri. Demir Seri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Davut Özyurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Catalca's Mehmet Emrah Şerif got a free kick in the 21st minute. Catalca's Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serter Şaki in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Catalca's zone, Davut Özyurt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah came out of the goal and Davut Özyurt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davut Özyurt in the 26th minute of play. If Serter Şaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Catalca's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Erşahan came free, but Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serter Şaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Necat Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demir Seri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oğuzer Erşahan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hacı Yağıztekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Davut Özyurt sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Catalca's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Erşahan came free, but Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hizan's Burç Özerhan got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute Oğuzer Erşahan suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 75 minutes, Yavuz Selim Sağıt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Catalca and the Hizan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Catalca's Yavuz Selim Sağıt got a free kick in the 76th minute. Necat Eker took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demir Seri. Demir Seri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Catalca's zone, Serter Şaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah came out of the goal and Serter Şaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İlmi Torum received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah came out and tried to block the shot, but İlmi Torum slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 89th minute. It was beautiful to see Hizan's İlmi Torum in action when he in the 93rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Mustafa Kemal Lütfullah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davut Özyurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Catalca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hizan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
