Cengiz Kornes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eren Önen in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Utku Esir in the 10th minute of play forced Eminönü FK's goalkeeper Aktan Tanbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eren Önen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cengiz Kornes having to interfere. Cengiz Kornes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenk Toygun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nejat Seyhun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktan Tanbey having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Turgay Ergünay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karayazi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eminönü FK the free kick. Turgay Ergünay kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Ahmet İlhan Şenalp hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Cengiz Kornes came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Eminönü FK's Eren Önen. But to his dismay, Eren Önen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Halil Utku Esir to make the kick off. Cenk Toygun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Cengiz Kornes made a huge save. Nejat Seyhun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cengiz Kornes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eren Önen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd match minute, Eminönü FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meriç Uğuralp to maneuver through the defense. Aktan Tanbey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halil Utku Esir's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Karayazi's Mustafa Haydar Çerağ got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, one of Karayazi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Karayazi. The referee gave Eminönü FK a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bahri Periz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Karayazi's Cengiz Kornes. 0-2. When Sezer Kotuz fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eminönü FK's protests and gave Sezer Kotuz a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Eminönü FK got a freekick which was hit by Sezer Kotuz. Cengiz Kornes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eren Önen in the 81st minute of play. Cenk Toygun struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Cengiz Kornes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eminönü FK. In the 85th minute, Nejat Seyhun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eren Önen in the 91st minute of play forced Karayazi's goalkeeper Cengiz Kornes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cengiz Kornes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cenk Toygun in the 94th minute.
