Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tekkeköy JK's Abidin Hızır started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Varsakspor's goal looked a bit too open when Abidin Hızır came free, but Varol Rıfat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Batıhan Tekalp during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Tekkeköy JK's Abidin Hızır slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Varol Rıfat. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Abidin Hızır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Varol Rıfat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Sacit Özerkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Varsakspor's Arif Buğra Saatçi got a free kick in the 18th minute. Abidin Hızır was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Tekkeköy JK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Varsakspor's goalkeeper Varol Rıfat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Hüseyin Koyak notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Varsakspor's Varol Rıfat. Varol Rıfat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Tekkeköy JK's Mustafa İzzet Özerdal got a free kick in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Varsakspor's Varol Rıfat got control of the ball when Hüseyin Koyak tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ulaş Piruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Recep Talha Tacal was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Abidin Hızır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Varol Rıfat having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulaş Piruz made a kick off. Hüseyin Koyak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Varol Rıfat having to interfere. Varol Rıfat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abidin Hızır, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Varsakspor's Varol Rıfat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abidin Hızır in the 58th minute of play. Varol Rıfat came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tekkeköy JK's Doğuhan Mutluay. But to his dismay, Doğuhan Mutluay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The Tekkeköy JK fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Tekkeköy JK's Abidin Hızır looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 72 minutes into the match, Varsakspor's goal looked a bit too open when Abidin Hızır came free, but Varol Rıfat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüseyin Koyak took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Varol Rıfat. Varol Rıfat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Koyak in the 77th minute of play forced Varsakspor's goalkeeper Varol Rıfat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Sabahattin Kotuz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 79 minutes, Abidin Hızır managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tekkeköy JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abidin Hızır was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Hüseyin Koyak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Varol Rıfat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Hüseyin Koyak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tekkeköy JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Koyak in the 87th minute of play forced Varsakspor's goalkeeper Varol Rıfat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abidin Hızır struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Varol Rıfat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekkeköy JK. Varol Rıfat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abidin Hızır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 94 minutes on the clock, Sacit Özerkin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Varsakspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tekkeköy JK:s goal. Tekkeköy JK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
