PEGASUS's Aktan Erentürk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save PEGASUS from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Tolga Gerdaneri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aktan Erentürk. The goal made the score 1-0. Özcan Özsel struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Aşık Bir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PEGASUS. In the 37th minute Özcan Özsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aşık Bir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Özcan Özsel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Özcan Özsel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PEGASUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özcan Özsel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Aşık Bir made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Mehmet Halis Ersever sent off a good shot on target. In the 61stth minute of the game Özcan Özsel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karadeniz FC's Aşık Bir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Karadeniz FC's Ahmet Bülent Mahsun got a free kick in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Özcan Özsel managed to get in a good position for a shot. PEGASUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Özcan Özsel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aşık Bir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Karadeniz FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Nuralp Taşdemir hit a great ball. With his leg Aşık Bir managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when PEGASUS's Mehmet Halis Ersever fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aşık Bir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özcan Özsel in the 65th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Bülent Mahsun during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Karadeniz FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Ahmet Bülent Mahsun hit a great ball. The supporters of PEGASUS booed when Karadeniz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özbek Kartekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karadeniz FC's Aşık Bir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Karadeniz FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Özcan Özsel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aşık Bir was relentless in the 86th minute of the game.
