Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Necmi Ünveren kicked off to start the match. Tophane's Atilla Kağan Kırgız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Kağan Sarıkaya in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Sarikamis's goal looked a bit too open when Necmi Ünveren came free, but Barlas Karacabey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necmi Ünveren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Kağan Sarıkaya's late challenge caught a Tophane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Kağan Sarıkaya helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sarikamis getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ali Kağan Sarıkaya hit a great ball. Ahmet Koralp Akçan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barlas Karacabey having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Seyhun Öztaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Necmi Ünveren came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Tophane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necmi Ünveren couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Koralp Akçan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sarikamis's Barlas Karacabey got control of the ball when Ahmet Koralp Akçan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmet Koralp Akçan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Barlas Karacabey made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hayyam İnanöz was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İhsan Afak during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes Tophane got a freekick which was hit by İhsan Afak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hayyam İnanöz in the 59th minute of play forced Tophane's goalkeeper Atilla Kağan Kırgız to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Ahmet Koralp Akçan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tophane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Koralp Akçan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Tophane's Necmi Ünveren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barlas Karacabey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. İhsan Afak kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tophane's Göktan Şinas got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tophane's goalkeeper Atilla Kağan Kırgız, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Necmi Ünveren notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sarikamis's Barlas Karacabey. Barlas Karacabey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ali Kağan Sarıkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Atilla Kağan Kırgız tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Koralp Akçan in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barlas Karacabey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Sarikamis's zone, Ahmet Koralp Akçan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barlas Karacabey came out of the goal and Ahmet Koralp Akçan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Necmi Ünveren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Ahmet Koralp Akçan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
