The supporters of Sarikamis booed when Soysuzlar Çetesi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şevket Zoral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Ensar Koçaş took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Batuhan Tekinay. Soysuzlar Çetesi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Hayyam İnanöz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vefa Ecemiş kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Arif Ensar Koçaş sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Soysuzlar Çetesi's Batuhan Tekinay didn't even have to move. If Hayyam İnanöz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Soysuzlar Çetesi's goal looked a bit too open when Hayyam İnanöz came free, but Batuhan Tekinay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Sarikamis and the Soysuzlar Çetesi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Barlas Karacabey was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Vatan Rekin. Ali Kağan Sarıkaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batuhan Tekinay having to interfere. Barlas Karacabey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğitcan Naci, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute, Mehmet Bedri Ongel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Kağan Sarıkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Yiğitcan Naci took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barlas Karacabey. Barlas Karacabey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sarikamis's zone, Ege Azer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barlas Karacabey came out of the goal and Ege Azer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hayyam İnanöz came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Sarikamis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayyam İnanöz couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Soysuzlar Çetesi's goalkeeper Batuhan Tekinay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Kağan Sarıkaya. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
