Dilmen İnan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Arif Serdengeçti in the 89th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Fahri Batıkan took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Mustafa Cumhur İlkim to make any attempt to save it. The İzmir FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing İzmir FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
