Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) Metin Celvet started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, marmara kazım's goal looked a bit too open when Yaman Makul came free, but Aygün Ayvaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aykut Karaoğlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, marmara kazım's goal looked a bit too open when Aykut Karaoğlan came free, but Aygün Ayvaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gürsel Yula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aykut Karaoğlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aygün Ayvaz having to make a save. Aras Çelebi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aykut Karaoğlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aygün Ayvaz having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Recai Dürüst got free with Aygün Ayvaz in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 played minutes marmara kazım got a freekick which was hit by Temel Darga. In the 27th minute, Aykut Karaoğlan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aygün Ayvaz. The goal made the score 1-1. Recai Dürüst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aygün Ayvaz came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by trabzon's Recai Dürüst. But to his dismay, Recai Dürüst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 44 minutes into the match, Aykut Karaoğlan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aygün Ayvaz. marmara kazım's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aykut Karaoğlan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Recai Dürüst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aykut Karaoğlan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes trabzon got a freekick which was hit by Gürsel Yula. After a defensive mix-up in marmara kazım's zone, Aras Çelebi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aygün Ayvaz came out of the goal and Aras Çelebi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Metin Celvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. trabzon's Cumhur Tüney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metin Celvet in the 66th minute of play. Aygün Ayvaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aykut Karaoğlan in the 69th minute of play. After 79 played minutes marmara kazım got a freekick which was hit by Kutlay Başöz. In the 81st minute Recai Dürüst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aygün Ayvaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, trabzon's Ünal Başat got a free kick in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saffet Ulvi got free with Cumhur Tüney in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the trabzon players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
