Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Baki Sorgun took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Hayri Şahdar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kemalettin Sarp charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kemalettin Sarp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, one of Bahceköy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bahceköy. The referee gave DEMBA BA a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aktuğ Kutal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bahceköy's Korhan Naim. 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, DEMBA BA's Baki Sorgun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Korhan Naim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Bahceköy's goal looked a bit too open when Rüştü Karasu came free, but Korhan Naim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes, Ata Pekol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bahceköy and the DEMBA BA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Bahceköy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DEMBA BA:s goal. DEMBA BA's Yavuzalp Önateş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save DEMBA BA from getting a goal against them. After having played for 41 minutes, Yusuf Birsel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bahceköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yusuf Birsel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. DEMBA BA's Yavuzalp Önateş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Birsel in the 44th minute of play. Korhan Naim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayri Şahdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half DEMBA BA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yusuf Birsel was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Baki Sorgun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Korhan Naim was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Yavuzalp Önateş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Birsel, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 60 minutes in the game, Baki Sorgun fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Korhan Naim having to interfere. With a little luck, Bahceköy's Korhan Naim got control of the ball when Hayri Şahdar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baki Sorgun in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Korhan Naim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baki Sorgun's late challenge caught a Bahceköy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baki Sorgun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, DEMBA BA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baki Sorgun to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. DEMBA BA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
