Spectators: 7283 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genco Hıfzullah started the match with the kick off. Necdet Aktaşoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayyam Sunguralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 minutes of play, Genclerbirligi's Haydar Temizer made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Necdet Aktaşoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hayyam Sunguralp in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Necdet Aktaşoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hayyam Sunguralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Necdet Aktaşoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Hayyam Sunguralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necdet Aktaşoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Necdet Aktaşoğlu came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Genclerbirligi's Hayyam Sunguralp. But to his dismay, Hayyam Sunguralp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Emir Bey's Necdet Aktaşoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haydar Temizer in the 44th minute of play. The Emir Bey players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Genclerbirligi were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haydar Temizer was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Hayyam Sunguralp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Emir Bey's goal looked a bit too open when Haydar Temizer came free, but Necdet Aktaşoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hayyam Sunguralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hayyam Sunguralp struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Necdet Aktaşoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Genclerbirligi. In the 65th match minute, Emir Bey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Latif Kuddus to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Emir Bey booed when Genclerbirligi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhammet Yaruk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genco Hıfzullah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Hayyam Sunguralp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Genclerbirligi's Haydar Temizer got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emir Bey's Genco Hıfzullah got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Emir Bey's goalkeeper Necdet Aktaşoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hayyam Sunguralp. Emir Bey's Necdet Aktaşoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haydar Temizer in the 85th minute of play. Hayyam Sunguralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Haydar Temizer took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Necdet Aktaşoğlu to make any attempt to save it. The Genclerbirligi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
