Gani Özerol kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Necdet Aktaşoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yetkiner Hazlan during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Emir Bey got a freekick which was hit by Erkan Erdem. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları in the 13th minute of play forced Emir Bey's goalkeeper Necdet Aktaşoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Batıhan Hanedan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necdet Aktaşoğlu skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Emir Bey's zone, Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necdet Aktaşoğlu came out of the goal and Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğan Eryilmaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gani Özerol in the 22nd minute. In the 29th minute of the match Emir Bey got a corner. Çay Var Çay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emirşah Sair ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gani Özerol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğan Eryilmaz having to interfere. After having played for 32 minutes, Olcay Orkun Erboğa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Çay Var Çay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olcay Orkun Erboğa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Emir Bey's goal looked a bit too open when Olcay Orkun Erboğa came free, but Necdet Aktaşoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Necdet Aktaşoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute of the match, Genco Hıfzullah tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Doğan Eryilmaz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 42nd minute Genco Hıfzullah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğan Eryilmaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gani Özerol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emir Bey's supporters rose to their feet, but Gani Özerol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doğan Eryilmaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genco Hıfzullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Doğan Eryilmaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Gani Özerol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğan Eryilmaz was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Doğan Eryilmaz came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Emir Bey's Genco Hıfzullah. But to his dismay, Genco Hıfzullah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Çay Var Çay's Ahmet Refik Rafetoğulları got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th match minute, Emir Bey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Latif Kuddus to maneuver through the defense. Doğan Eryilmaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genco Hıfzullah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genco Hıfzullah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 97 played minutes Emir Bey got a freekick which was hit by Erkan Erdem. 98 minutes into the match, Çay Var Çay's Batıhan Hanedan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Çay Var Çay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Emir Bey.
