Oğuzer Kunter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kıraç Sara, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Kuzey Kasım succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 11th minute of the match Resul Tellioğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saadettin Hoyrat skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute, Kuzey Kasım left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DefeO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Kuzey Kasım had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saadettin Hoyrat made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Hayyam Sunguralp sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rdth minute of the game Haydar Temizer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DefeO's Saadettin Hoyrat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The DefeO fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when DefeO's Kuzey Kasım looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Serhan Özkutay charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serhan Özkutay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Serhan Özkutay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. DefeO's Saadettin Hoyrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haydar Temizer in the 28th minute of play. Kıraç Sara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Oğuzer Kunter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Genclerbirligi getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Enver Baransel hit a great ball. Oğuzer Kunter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuzey Kasım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Genclerbirligi's Taner Nuratay got a free kick in the 47th minute. 49 minutes into the match, DefeO's Kıraç Sara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oğuzer Kunter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half DefeO were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haydar Temizer was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Genclerbirligi's goal looked a bit too open when Kuzey Kasım came free, but Oğuzer Kunter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Halil Utku İskender hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Kıraç Sara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kuzey Kasım sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Haydar Temizer in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hayyam Sunguralp in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saadettin Hoyrat saved DefeO from getting behind. With a little luck, Genclerbirligi's Oğuzer Kunter got control of the ball when Kıraç Sara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kıraç Sara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saadettin Hoyrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haydar Temizer in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88thth minute of the game Muhammet Yaruk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DefeO's Saadettin Hoyrat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Haydar Temizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, DefeO's Behlül Tatu got a free kick in the 90th minute. Kuzey Kasım fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oğuzer Kunter having to interfere.
