Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Umur Balkanlı took the kick off in the first half of the match. Umur Balkanlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykut Balamir having to interfere. In the 12th minute Umur Balkanlı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykut Balamir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Halil Can Kura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selçuk Kurboga in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Lion.Fc.'s goal looked a bit too open when Şafak Bardakçı came free, but Halil Can Kura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Umur Balkanlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Umur Balkanlı rounded Akhisarspor's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Cankut Boratay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lion.Fc.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cankut Boratay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aykut Balamir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute, Selçuk Kurboga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Halil Can Kura was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Aykut Balamir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umur Balkanlı in the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Lion.Fc. defense, Niyazi Yakup kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Halil Can Kura. The Lion.Fc. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Halil Can Kura should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Umur Balkanlı fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aykut Balamir, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Akhisarspor's Aykut Balamir got control of the ball when Cankut Boratay tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Lion.Fc.'s goal looked a bit too open when Selçuk Kurboga came free, but Halil Can Kura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lion.Fc.'s Halil Can Kura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niyazi Yakup in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The audience was convinced that Cankut Boratay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aykut Balamir was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. 56 minutes into the match, Akhisarspor's goal looked a bit too open when Cankut Boratay came free, but Aykut Balamir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lion.Fc. fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Lion.Fc.'s Cankut Boratay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 70th match minute, Lion.Fc. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Orhan Mengücek to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Lion.Fc.'s Cankut Boratay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aykut Balamir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Cankut Boratay struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Aykut Balamir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lion.Fc.. Umur Balkanlı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halil Can Kura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selçuk Kurboga in the 83rd minute of play. Umur Balkanlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Aykut Balamir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aykut Balamir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cankut Boratay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cankut Boratay might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aykut Balamir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cankut Boratay ran back to his position shaking his head. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lion.Fc. fully deserved thier win.
