Tansu Akkanoğlu made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu sent off a good shot on target. Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tansu Akkanoğlu having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu got free with Tansu Akkanoğlu in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nihat Önel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uğuralp Aydoğan in the 22nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Fedai Timurtas took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tansu Akkanoğlu to make any attempt to save it. Tansu Akkanoğlu was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Fedai Timurtas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fedai Timurtas really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to TOKİspor getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Asım Arif Usta hit a great ball. Tansu Akkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedai Timurtas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Atay Talut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedai Timurtas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Fedai Timurtas made the kick off in the second half. TOKİspor's Tansu Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedai Timurtas in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Fedai Timurtas made a precise shot to the right of Tansu Akkanoğlu. TOKİspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Tan Ruşen's late challenge caught a Nazimiye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tan Ruşen helped the player get up and apologised. Tan Ruşen kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tansu Akkanoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Tansu Akkanoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fedai Timurtas went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 69 played minutes TOKİspor got a freekick which was hit by Tan Ruşen. TOKİspor's Tansu Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedai Timurtas in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Fazıl Avcı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nazimiye's Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, TOKİspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tan Ruşen to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Acun Kılıçhan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TOKİspor's Tansu Akkanoğlu didn't even have to move. When Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Nazimiye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasan Tahsin Süvarioğlu couldn't finish the play. Fedai Timurtas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tansu Akkanoğlu having to interfere. If Fedai Timurtas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Nazimiye's zone, Uğuralp Aydoğan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nihat Önel came out of the goal and Uğuralp Aydoğan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. TOKİspor's Tansu Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahir Tecer in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nazimiye fully deserved thier win.
