Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emir Arısal started the match with the kick off. In the 14th minute, Samir İlhanoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Aytunç Gelenbe made a precise shot to the right of Şehzade Köker. Kangal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Devrekhane's Emir Arısal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şehzade Köker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Aytunç Gelenbe came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Devrekhane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aytunç Gelenbe couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Murat Kazak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alican Baltacıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Çağan Arman scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alican Baltacıoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 35 in the game by Emir Arısal from a close distance when the talented Şehzade Köker managed to make a qualified save. Kangal's players were relieved. After 41 played minutes Devrekhane got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Hamdi Boranalp. After having played for 45 minutes, Emir Arısal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Devrekhane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emir Arısal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kangal's Cavit Perver got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Murat Kazak to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Murat Kazak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kangal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Samir İlhanoğlu's late challenge caught a Kangal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samir İlhanoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Devrekhane got a freekick which was hit by Samir İlhanoğlu. With a little luck, Devrekhane's Alican Baltacıoğlu got control of the ball when Murat Kazak tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Murat Kazak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alican Baltacıoğlu. Murat Kazak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 71st minute of the match, Murat Kazak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alican Baltacıoğlu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Çağan Arman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Alican Baltacıoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Şehzade Köker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emir Arısal in the 83rd minute of the match. Çağan Arman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97thth minute of the game Ahmet Tolga Senih who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Devrekhane's Alican Baltacıoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kangal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
