Özalp Pekiner came out of the goal and Okanalp Kavaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Okanay Balatekin struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Abdurrezzak Devrim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hatayspor. 12 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Hatayspor's Münir Ogün fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Okanay Balatekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Abdurrezzak Devrim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Okanalp Kavaş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Okanalp Kavaş had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceyhan Peker during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hatayspor's Ceyhan Peker got a free kick in the 21st minute. Abdurrezzak Devrim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Münir Ogün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Okanay Balatekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Münir Ogün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FAKARATAR getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ahmet Gündüz Işıner hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Metehan Özakan hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Rüstem Üçer's late challenge caught a FAKARATAR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rüstem Üçer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hatayspor's Rüstem Üçer got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute Berkem İmdat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özalp Pekiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, FAKARATAR's goalkeeper Abdurrezzak Devrim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Okanay Balatekin. Okanay Balatekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrezzak Devrim having to interfere. Abdurrezzak Devrim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Münir Ogün in the 85th minute of play. When Berkem İmdat came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the FAKARATAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berkem İmdat couldn't finish the play. Berkem İmdat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of FAKARATAR booed when Hatayspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorukhan Karataş didn't get a good kick on the ball.
