After some careless play in the Hatayspor defense, Nuri Gagauz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özalp Pekiner. The Hatayspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özalp Pekiner should have stopped the shot. Arslan Ortanca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Altan İncirli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hatayspor's Emran Ulukan got a free kick in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hatayspor's zone, Erman Köklem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özalp Pekiner came out of the goal and Erman Köklem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 24 in the game by Nuri Gagauz from a close distance when the talented Özalp Pekiner managed to make a qualified save. Hatayspor's players were relieved. Özalp Pekiner acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ali Cafer Özerdal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erman Köklem in the 31st minute of play forced Hatayspor's goalkeeper Özalp Pekiner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuri Gagauz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özalp Pekiner having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Okanay Balatekin made a precise shot to the right of Altan İncirli. YıldırımBosna SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Emran Ulukan hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Hatayspor's goalkeeper Özalp Pekiner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nuri Gagauz. After a defensive mix-up in Hatayspor's zone, Nuri Gagauz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özalp Pekiner came out of the goal and Nuri Gagauz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Münir Ogün to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Arslan Ortanca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorukhan Karataş hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Özalp Pekiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erman Köklem in the 56th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nuri Gagauz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Özalp Pekiner was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Okanay Balatekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altan İncirli having to interfere. YıldırımBosna SK's Erman Köklem got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuri Gagauz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Özalp Pekiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erman Köklem might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Özalp Pekiner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erman Köklem ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, Hatayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Erman Köklem came free, but Özalp Pekiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hatayspor's Münir Ogün got a free kick in the 78th minute. The supporters of Hatayspor booed when YıldırımBosna SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Atıf Yenisey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Hatayspor's Ceyhan Peker broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to YıldırımBosna SK getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Serkan Kılıçalp hit a great ball. Münir Ogün blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Altan İncirli having to make a save. Münir Ogün struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Altan İncirli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hatayspor. Ali Atıf Yenisey hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Özalp Pekiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuri Gagauz in the 93rd minute of play. Özalp Pekiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuri Gagauz in the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
