After some careless play in the Dernekpazari defense, Orhan Seyfi Üstün kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sarp Usalp. The Dernekpazari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sarp Usalp should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burak Özaktuğ in the 10th minute of play forced TeamOfFuture's goalkeeper Haldun Akmeşe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of TeamOfFuture booed when Dernekpazari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkın Ongay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Doğaner Duha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sarp Usalp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Demirhan Tatu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Arkın Ongay suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Orhan Seyfi Üstün charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orhan Seyfi Üstün the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 minutes, Saffet Asır mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TeamOfFuture and the Dernekpazari players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, TeamOfFuture was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saffet Asır to maneuver through the defense. Dernekpazari's Sarp Usalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kılıçhan Özkurt in the 23rd minute of play. Burak Özaktuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haldun Akmeşe having to interfere. When Kılıçhan Özkurt fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TeamOfFuture's protests and gave Kılıçhan Özkurt a yellow card for diving instead. Haldun Akmeşe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selami Başaydın, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korkutalp Sertel in the 33rd minute of play forced Dernekpazari's goalkeeper Sarp Usalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Doğaner Duha made a precise shot to the right of Sarp Usalp. Dernekpazari's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 45 minutes, Orhan Seyfi Üstün managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TeamOfFuture's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half TeamOfFuture were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Cordeiro was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Dernekpazari's zone, Doğaner Duha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarp Usalp came out of the goal and Doğaner Duha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the match, Dernekpazari's goalkeeper Sarp Usalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orhan Seyfi Üstün. Selami Başaydın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haldun Akmeşe having to interfere. Dernekpazari's Sarp Usalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğaner Duha in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orhan Seyfi Üstün got free with Sarp Usalp in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th match minute, Dernekpazari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selami Başaydın to maneuver through the defense. Korkutalp Sertel charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Korkutalp Sertel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Dernekpazari's Sarp Usalp got control of the ball when Orhan Seyfi Üstün tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doğaner Duha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Sarp Usalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Orhan Seyfi Üstün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, TeamOfFuture's Sarp Usalp threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Korkutalp Sertel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 84 minutes into the match, Dernekpazari's goalkeeper Sarp Usalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orhan Seyfi Üstün. In the 86th minute, TeamOfFuture's Doğaner Duha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Sarp Usalp made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Orhan Seyfi Üstün sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute of the match, Orhan Seyfi Üstün got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sarp Usalp was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 95 minutes into the game, Demirhan Tatu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dernekpazari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TeamOfFuture the free kick. After 95 played minutes Dernekpazari got a freekick which was hit by Demirhan Tatu. TeamOfFuture's Haldun Akmeşe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burak Özaktuğ in the 97th minute of play. The TeamOfFuture supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TeamOfFuture would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
