TeamOfFuture's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cayiralan the free kick. Haldun Akmeşe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bahadır Bahçeli. After having played for 39 minutes, Orhan Seyfi Üstün managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TeamOfFuture's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Poyraz Aras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doğaner Duha, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Cayiralan's Poyraz Aras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Seyfi Üstün in the 48th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doğaner Duha to make the kick off. TeamOfFuture's Doğaner Duha got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TeamOfFuture's Haldun Akmeşe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şenol Kiram in the 55th minute of play. Umut Bağcı charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Umut Bağcı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of TeamOfFuture booed when Cayiralan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umut Bağcı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orhan Seyfi Üstün struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Poyraz Aras didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TeamOfFuture.
