Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cayiralan's Şenol Kiram started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Şenol Kiram cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Poyraz Eraslan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute Serkan Işık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Poyraz Eraslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karatas FK's Poyraz Eraslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökay Özertan in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Karatas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Tara to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Serkan Işık's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Poyraz Eraslan was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. If Hürkan Erboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Cayiralan's Serkan Işık sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Poyraz Eraslan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Şenol Kiram left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cayiralan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saltuk Akçakan to strike the kick off in the second half. Poyraz Aras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saltuk Akçakan in the 58th minute of the match. Poyraz Eraslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenol Kiram in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hürkan Erboy in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Poyraz Aras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 played minutes Cayiralan got a freekick which was hit by Altay Haliç. Saltuk Akçakan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Poyraz Aras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Poyraz Eraslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenol Kiram in the 74th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Karatas FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cayiralan:s goal. Bahadır Bahçeli placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 80 minutes into the match, Karatas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Şenol Kiram came free, but Poyraz Eraslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayiralan's Şenol Kiram got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şenol Kiram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Poyraz Eraslan having to interfere. In the 91st minute Şenol Kiram shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Poyraz Eraslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Cayiralan could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Karatas FK throughout the match.
