Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gazi Erçelik started the match with the kick off. Fırat Ceri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağrı Asır in the 7th minute of play. If Aras Görkem Hakan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Çağrı Asır got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Güneş Apaydın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fırat Ceri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Gazi Erçelik fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 22 minutes into the match, Güroymak FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gazi Erçelik came free, but Adnan Haşmetli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Güroymak FK's zone, Aras Görkem Hakan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adnan Haşmetli came out of the goal and Aras Görkem Hakan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Yeşilköy FK's Adnan Haşmetli threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gazi Erçelik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fırat Ceri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökçen Gazir, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The supporters of Güroymak FK booed when Yeşilköy FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Gökalp Özdil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Güroymak FK's Erdal Satıkbuğra tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aras Görkem Hakan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Adnan Haşmetli made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağrı Asır in the 44th minute of play forced Yeşilköy FK's goalkeeper Fırat Ceri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aras Görkem Hakan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aras Görkem Hakan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Adnan Haşmetli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Aras Görkem Hakan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adnan Haşmetli was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 61st match minute, Güroymak FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yıldırım İlbey to maneuver through the defense. In the 62ndth minute of the game Aras Görkem Hakan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Güroymak FK's Adnan Haşmetli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Güneş Apaydın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Güroymak FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gazi Erçelik came free, but Adnan Haşmetli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gazi Erçelik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gazi Erçelik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adnan Haşmetli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Çağrı Asır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fırat Ceri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yeşilköy FK's Aras Görkem Hakan got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yıldırım İlbey during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Güroymak FK's Yıldırım İlbey got a free kick in the 86th minute. Adnan Haşmetli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gazi Erçelik in the 87th minute of the match. When Güneş Apaydın came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Güroymak FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güneş Apaydın couldn't finish the play. The Güroymak FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Güroymak FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
