Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ferhat Esraf kicked off to start the match. Fikret Ünalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erhan İlkay having to interfere. A collision led to ABBASLARSPOR getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Tolga İkbal hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fikret Ünalp sped through ABBASLARSPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erhan İlkay. After 18 played minutes ABBASLARSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Birol Erengüç. Işıkalp Beyzade's late challenge caught a ABBASLARSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Işıkalp Beyzade helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ABBASLARSPOR booed when Mücahitler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Işıkalp Beyzade didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fikret Ünalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fikret Ünalp in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erhan İlkay saved ABBASLARSPOR from getting behind. After having played for 33 minutes, Tahsin Canel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mücahitler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tahsin Canel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ABBASLARSPOR's Erhan İlkay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fikret Ünalp in the 36th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Işıkalp Beyzade rounded ABBASLARSPOR's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. A collision led to ABBASLARSPOR getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Atilla Bumin Demirman hit a great ball. Erhan İlkay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikret Ünalp in the 43rd minute of play. Işıkalp Beyzade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Fikret Ünalp made the kick off in the second half. Fikret Ünalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Erhan İlkay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Fikret Ünalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erhan İlkay was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. When Mücahitler's Fikret Ünalp in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ABBASLARSPOR's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the match, Mücahitler's Fikret Ünalp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erhan İlkay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecevit Ersed took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erhan İlkay. ABBASLARSPOR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Fikret Ünalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mücahitler's supporters rose to their feet, but Fikret Ünalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erhan İlkay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Işıkalp Beyzade might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erhan İlkay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Işıkalp Beyzade ran back to his position shaking his head. Nejat Alp Kadrettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Ecevit Ersed sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erhan İlkay skillfully saved the ball. Fikret Ünalp took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erhan İlkay. Erhan İlkay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 84th match minute, ABBASLARSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celal Özgur to maneuver through the defense. Azmi Bera hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mücahitler's Ahmet Kutsi Tuğsan got a free kick in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Tahsin Canel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mücahitler's supporters rose to their feet, but Tahsin Canel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erhan İlkay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferhat Esraf in the 95th minute of play forced Mücahitler's goalkeeper Artun Özilhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mücahitler's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
