The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Alper FC's Demirhan Ergüleç sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Müfit Refik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 40 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Süleyman Malik. With a left leg Müfit Refik saved Galatasaray from getting behind. When Demirhan Ergüleç came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Alper FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demirhan Ergüleç couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the game, Ali Orhan Ocakçı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Müfit Refik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Demirhan Ergüleç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Asım Tapgaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aziz Özge having to interfere. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when Alper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raşit Üstüner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Müfit Refik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Orhan Ocakçı in the 87th minute of the match. Müfit Refik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Orhan Ocakçı's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Demirhan Ergüleç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Orhan Ocakçı in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Müfit Refik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Müfit Refik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Orhan Ocakçı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alper FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
