He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aladag reached it. Alpay Özkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edip Çetintürk having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Kadim Dede cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Egemen Bayraktar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nazmi Sözmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nazmi Sözmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edip Çetintürk having to interfere. Edip Çetintürk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alpay Özkan's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Cahit Tunçhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute Alpay Özkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edip Çetintürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alpay Özkan to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Aladag getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Lütfullah Tutku hit a great ball. Alpay Özkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 55 minutes on the clock, Ali Hamza Ilıca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 54th minute, one of Aladag:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aladag. Edip Çetintürk came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Kagithane SK's Nazmi Sözmen. But to his dismay, Nazmi Sözmen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Cahit Tunçhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Egemen Bayraktar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cahit Tunçhan struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Egemen Bayraktar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aladag. In the 77thth minute of the game Nazmi Sözmen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aladag's Edip Çetintürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şenol Okanalp during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Şenol Okanalp kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Edip Çetintürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nazmi Sözmen in the 81st minute of the match. With a little luck, Kagithane SK's Egemen Bayraktar got control of the ball when Cahit Tunçhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Alpay Özkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Egemen Bayraktar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cahit Tunçhan in the 93rd minute of play. If Nazmi Sözmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alpay Özkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Aladag supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aladag would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
